Copyright & Takedown
Effective and last updated: August 11, 2026
PinkyFranc Studio is not a music-licensing service. Users may upload only audio they are legally authorized to upload, host and play. We do not sell, supply or grant rights to commercial music.
Safer audio choices
- Your own original composition and recording.
- A track licensed for this specific type of online invitation use.
- Music for which you have written permission from all relevant rights holders.
- A public-domain composition paired with a recording you created or are licensed to use.
A composition and a sound recording can have different owners. Permission for one does not necessarily cover the other.

Repeat infringement
Access may be restricted or terminated for users associated with repeated or serious infringement reports. PinkyFranc Studio may preserve limited records when reasonably necessary to handle a claim or comply with law.
