These Terms govern the invitation tools at pinkyfrancstudio.com. Your Etsy purchase remains subject to Etsy's terms and order policies. The tool does not move payment or purchasing outside Etsy.

Permitted use

You may use the tools for lawful personal invitations connected with a PinkyFranc product. You must not misuse the service, bypass security or upload unlawful, harmful, confidential or infringing material.

Your audio and required rights

You retain ownership of content you lawfully own. By uploading audio, you represent that you own or have obtained every permission necessary to upload, reproduce, host and play both (1) the musical composition and lyrics, if any, and (2) the particular sound recording and performance.

Buying a song, owning a CD or having access through Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube or another streaming service does not by itself grant these permissions. Personal or non-commercial use is not automatically non-infringing.

You grant PinkyFranc Studio a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide and royalty-free license to store, reproduce and stream the uploaded file solely as technically necessary to provide your player until it is deleted or expires. You are responsible for the content you upload and for claims arising from your lack of rights. To the extent allowed by law, you agree to indemnify PinkyFranc Studio against third-party claims, losses and reasonable costs caused by your upload or breach of these Terms.

Removal and enforcement

We do not promise to pre-screen every file. We may disable or delete content, links or access without notice when we reasonably believe there is infringement, unlawful activity, security abuse, a policy violation or a valid legal request. Repeated or serious violations may result in permanent loss of access. See our Copyright & Takedown page.

Availability and expiry

Generated links are provided as a convenience and may be changed, suspended or discontinued. Music players normally expire after 365 days. Keep your original file and do not use this service as your only storage or backup.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PinkyFranc Studio disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses, loss of data, third-party platform changes, or unauthorized sharing by someone who received a public link. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Third-party services

Etsy, Canva, Cloudflare, Google and other platforms have separate terms and privacy practices. PinkyFranc Studio is not responsible for their independent services and is not endorsed by or affiliated with them.
